After Maputo (Mozambique), the Desafio Pitch in Angola was also a success!
This event, organized by ATITTUDE in Luanda, aims to foster links between the main companies operating in the Angolan market and the country’s young talents, giving them access to a first job.
For this, in addition to several lectures and dynamics on topics related to employment. There was also a moment of speed dating, where candidates had to introduce themselves to the companies present, talking about their abilities and skills.
Among the Angolan companies that agreed to participate in this challenge are companies such as Zap, Webcor Group, Nors, DP World, among others.
How does the Desafio Pitch work in Angola?
After receiving more than 2,000 CVs from candidates, from the most varied areas (Port Management, Health, Environmental Safety, and Finance, among others), the ATTITUDE team started by selecting the applications received.
Of these more than 2,000 CVs, 200 candidates were chosen and, after a short telephone interview, 100 young talents remained, who were invited to participate in the Desafio Pitch in Angola and immerse themselves in this challenge.
In addition to the support of the participating companies, this event also had the following sponsors: Anglobal, Grupo Naval, the Coca-Cola Company and Refriango.
