The creation and implementation of Succession Plans was the subject of the last HR Breakfast Club, which took place yesterday (March 16th) in Luanda, at Terraza Terraza Talatona.
This event is sponsored by Unitel Premium and was moderated by Vanessa Castro, HR Director at Nors. To discuss the creation and implementation of Succession Plans, the following were present:
- Irene Graça – Human Capital Director at BAI – Banco Angolano de Investimentos
- Lenilton Jordão – People Director at DP World Luanda
- Edmundo Silva – HR Director at Top Brands Angola
The speakers discussed the importance of starting to create this type of company plan, as well as the importance of involving team leaders, management and HR professionals for the successful implementation of Succession Plans.
There was still time to celebrate the first edition of this initiative in Angola, with all participants making a toast and even singing congratulations.
About HR Breakfast Club Angola
Celebrating its first year in Luanda, yesterday’s addition of the HR Breakfast Club was the sixth in the country. Organized by ATITTUDE, this is an initiative that aims to connect and bring together HR professionals, providing a space for sharing experiences, capable of creating an impact and contributing to the development of HR in Angola.
This year, the event will also take place in Maputo (in Mozambique) and has already secured sponsorship from Standard Bank Mozambique.
